They act as Lufa Farms ambassadors and participate in finding new partners to host our sales kiosks. Occasionally, they’ll be required to fill in as a sales rep and may be asked to support the Direct Sales Manager in various tasks related to the department. Overall, their mission is to convince people to switch their way of doing groceries to a more local and sustainable option - every new signup they make brings us one step closer to changing the way cities eat. If you’re outgoing and love to talk, we encourage you to apply for this role!Responsibilities•Develop and implement a prospecting and outreach plan to secure new business and corporate partnerships for sales events;•Deploy new partnerships, including coordinating all logistical and operational considerations;•Manage existing partnerships, maintain strong professional relationships, support expansion, and ensure their success;•Represent Lufa Farms at events, promote our services, and register new Lufavores for our weekly baskets;•Coordinate the sales kiosk, including setup and takedown;•Prepare a report after each event and keep track of attendance statistics throughout the shift;•Support the search for new partners to host our sales events;•Assist the Sales Manager with any related departmental tasks;•Make follow-up, sales, and retention calls to Lufa Farms subscribers.Requirements•Bilingual (French and English);•Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;•Willingness to travel to current and potential partner locations;•Proactive;•Friendly and confident communicator;•Resilient and optimistic;•Results-oriented;•Available to work on weekends;•Sales experience.Assets•Passion for food (foodie);•Interest in the environment and sustainable practices;•Genuine interest and enthusiasm for Lufa Farms’ mission.Schedule and Compensation:•Full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday;•While most work follows a standard schedule, the representative is expected to be available as needed to coordinate or attend events outside regular hours;•Competitive annual salary;•Variable pay based on new subscriptions;•Annual bonus based on quarterly subscription goals.Salary and Benefits:•30% discount on your Lufa Farms basket;•Cell phone reimbursement up to $60 per month;•Eligibility to join the company's health, dental, and disability insurance programs after the probationary period (50% paid by the employee, 50% by Lufa Farms);•Access to TELUS Health Virtual Care (direct contact with healthcare professionals by phone, video, or chat) and the Employee and Family Assistance Program (targeted professional advice covering a wide range of personal issues).
